CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The Boulevard Bazaar will be returning to the Navy Yard Charleston on May 3, bringing together local merchants and food truck vendors in celebration of Small Business Week.
For the second year in a row, both sides of Noisette Boulevard will come to life with an open-air artisan market, offering locals the opportunity to shop small through a curated pop-up featuring local makers, vintage dealers, food trucks, and more.
