MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) – The Monck Corner Police Department is warning the public about scam messages posing to be from the DMV or falsely claiming you’ve missed a court date.
On Wednesday, the agency posted on their Facebook page, that officers are seeing a rise in scam text messages that claim you owe a traffic fine, missed a court date, or at risk of having driving privileges revoked.
