Man arrested for alleged domestic violence and kidnapping: NCPD

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department arrested a man Friday after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and kept her from leaving the RV where they were staying.

Officers responded to Meeting Street Road and Hock Avenue around 8:30 a.m. after reports of a woman fleeing a man.
