CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — Residents along Clements Ferry Road and across the Cainhoy Peninsula are again urging leaders to revisit a long-standing development plan that could bring thousands of new homes to the area, citing concerns about flooding, stormwater runoff and impacts to nearby communities.
