CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Detectives with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department’s Homicide Unit are conducting a homicide investigation near North Poplar Street.
On Friday at approximately 6:44 p.m., officers responded to a welfare check call for service in the 900 block of North Poplar Street.
