Grammy-winning R&B singer Peabo Bryson, who died at age 75 on Tuesday after suffering a major stroke, was scheduled to perform next week at Middle C Jazz in uptown Charlotte
In an email sent to ticket holders Wednesday morning, Larry Farber — founder of the Charlotte jazz club — said the venue was “shocked and saddened by the sudden passing of our beloved Peabo Bryson.”
