Lake Norman property with three homes selling for lower price at $19.5M — but would still break Charlotte record

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A sprawling Lake Norman property could break the Charlotte-area record for most expensive home sold.

With an asking price of $19.5 million, a home on Hollen Lane in Mooresville is again on the market this summer. It was initially listed in late 2023 for $22 million, but failed to sell.

A residence at Charlotte’s Quail Hollow Club holds the record afterselling in May for $15 million.
