CORNELIUS, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A new build on Lake Norman broke a Charlotte-area record for most expensive home sold last month.
According to county real estate records, an estate at the end of the Pointe Regatta community sold for $15.25 million. It surpassed the previous mark set by a house at Quail Hollow Club that went for $15 million in May.
