One driver is warning others to obey the parking signs at Charlotte-Mecklenburg libraries.
She told Action 9 attorney Jason Stoogenke she parked at the University City branch. Posted outside are signs that detail its policies, saying parking is only for library workers and customers during open hours.
There is no parking when the library is closed, yet the driver went anyways. She says she knew the rules but didn’t think anyone enforced them…
