Flight headed for Charlotte blows two tires before takeoff

A flight headed to Charlotte blew two tires while attempting to take off from Chicago’s O’Hair airport.

American Airlines flight 3280 was scheduled to takeoff around 1:15 p.m. when it suffered the tire issue, according to a statement from the airline. The plane safely returned to the terminal and passengers deplaned.
