Myers Park condo tenants face 2028 timeline for manhole repairs

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A manhole erupts and floods the property every time there’s heavy rain at a Myers Park condo complex.

Queen City News first brought you this story at the beginning of July. Since then, it’s gotten the attention of Charlotte leaders, who have come up with a plan to mitigate the issue. But it’s no quick fix.
