CHARLOTTE, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Charlotte-Mecklenburg police are conducting a homicide investigation in northeast Charlotte Saturday evening.
Officials responded to the 4900 block of Round Pond Road in response to an assist MEDIC call for service shortly after 7:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers located a victim with life-threatening injuries. The victim was later pronounced deceased on scene by the Charlotte Fire Department (CFD). Major Brad Koch says the person was stabbed multiple times.
