Cody Franklin Porter had never been in trouble with the law before at the age of 66. But now he’s accused of killing his wife.
The Huntersville Police Department says the incident happened at the couple’s home on McGinnis Lane. Officers were called out nearly two weeks ago, but Porter’s wife died less than a week later.
