ALBEMARLE COUNTY, Va. (WVIR) – Governor Abigail Spanberger signed off on nearly $200 million in grant funding toward a pharmaceutical plant coming to Albemarle County.
The funds were proposed by Charlottesville-area lawmakers state Sen. Creigh Deeds and Del. Katrina Callsen.
