CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — A man faces charges after leading an officer on a foot chase onto a US 27 off-ramp in Downtown Chattanooga on Saturday.
An affidavit we obtained says the man, later identified as Christopher Davis, and another man were jaywalking and yelling at a Chattanooga police officer that was conducting a traffic stop around noon on Saturday.
