CARROLTON, Va. (WAVY)– Crews responded to a fire at the Eagle Harbor Apartments in Carrollton Monday morning.
According to the Isle of Wight Fire Chief, crews were called to the apartment building, located in the 200 block of Marsh Landing Drive at approximately 7:20 am after a person reported smoke on a first-floor balcony. Smoke was then observed coming from the roof.
