SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — The Suffolk Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating a brush fire that occurred Wednesday afternoon near Girl Scout Road.
Suffolk Fire & Rescue responded to the 4200 block of Matoaka Road in reference to a brush fire involving approximately one acre of vegetation around 4:05 p.m.
The fire was eventually contained.
There were no injuries reported, and no homes or other structures were impacted…
