SUFFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – Video of what appears to be a violent arrest made by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Suffolk this week is going viral on social media.
The arrest happened Monday near the entrance of the Sentara BelleHarbour campus in Suffolk.
