SURRY COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) — A symbol of America has been given a new lease on life.
An eagle that was admitted to The Wildlife Center May 29 after being found trapped in a pool in Smithfield was released to the wild Friday morning at Chippokes State Park in Surry County.
