NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– Units in Norfolk responded to a water rescue in the Downtown area of the city Tuesday morning.
According to dispatch, officers and firefighters were called to Nauticus at 4:53 a.m. after it was reported that a man fell in the water. The view from Tower Cam 10 showed the response from police and fire officials.
Dispatch confirmed shortly after 5 a.m. that the man was back on land and that units were clearing the scene…
