NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A new 129,000-square-foot Target is scheduled to open in Norfolk’s Ward’s Corner neighborhood this fall.
Located at 201 E. Little Creek Rd., this site will mark the city’s second Target location. The existing store is located on N. Military Highway.
