NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY)– A man is seriously hurt after being shot in Norfolk early Friday morning.
Police say they were called to the 8500 block of Chapin Street shortly after 5 a.m. for the report of shots fired outside of a residence. When officers arrived on scene, they located a 46-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds.
He was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries…
