NORFOLK, Va. — William F. Rogers was inducted into TAM (Tidewater Area Musicians) Hall of Fame on Sunday, July 19 at the Norfolk Waterside Marriott.
Rogers, a Lumberton native, was honored for his lifetime musical accomplishments at NANM (National Association of Negro Musicians) Convention.
