VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — An 80-year-old woman died Wednesday after striking a tree and overturning on First Colonial Road, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
Emergency Communications and Citizen Services received a report of a single-vehicle crash in the 1100 block of First Colonial Road at approximately 3:15 p.m. on Aug. 25.
