NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Police in Norfolk are investigating a hit-and-run that occurred on August 30.
Officers were called to the intersection of Tidewater Drive and Willow Wood Drive at 12:40 a.m. for the report of a two-vehicle crash with injuries. When officers arrived on scene, they found that a Honda Accord had stopped at a red light when it was rear-ended by an Audi A4.
