Norfolk church hit by a costly copper theft

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Norfolk church is speaking out after its pastor said it was the target of a costly copper theft.

It started off as a normal Sunday for pastor Terrance Brown until he saw the cut barbed wire and several gutted HVAC units.
