VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A Navy veteran originally from Alabama is bringing smoky Southern flavors to Hampton Roads through his food truck, Bodip’s Smokin’ Que.
On most weekends, Jessie “Bo” Billingsley can be found serving customers outside Haynes Furniture in Virginia Beach, where the aroma reaches customers before they even reach the truck.
