2 critically injured in overnight shooting on Far South Side

CHICAGO — An investigation is underway on Thursday morning after two men were shot on the city’s Far South Side overnight.

Chicago police say the shooting unfolded just before 12:20 a.m. in the 11600 block of South Ada Street, in West Pullman.

According to police, the victims, two 35-year-old men, were inside a parked gray SUV when they were approached by at least one person who opened fire in the direction of the vehicle.

Both men suffered multiple gunshot wounds and were later taken to the hospital, where they were listed in critical condition…
