CHICAGO (WGN) – The state of Illinois and the city of Chicago are suing a manufacturing plant that’s allegedly stinking up a Far South Side neighborhood.
The lawsuit comes after hundreds of residents filed complaints about the odor pouring out of Pullman Innovations.
According to the lawsuit, residents who live near the facility said the odor resembles rotten fish and even forced nearby schools to cancel recess. It’s also reportedly spoiled weddings and festivals at a nearby church…
