An employee of a beauty salon/spa, 5234 W. Irving Park Road, reported that a man with a handgun robbed her at about 8:15 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, according to 16th (Jefferson Park) District police.
The employee reported she opened the door after a man rang the doorbell, and he pulled out a handgun as he entered the business, according to police. The employee provided surveillance footage that showed the man grabbed her while holding the gun and she screamed as he walked her to the back of the business, police said.
