CRITTENDEN COUNTY, Ky. – A Chicago native who dedicated close to 30 years of his life serving the city before moving to Kentucky, where he was a sheriff’s deputy, has died weeks after being shot in the line of duty.
The Crittenden County Sheriff’s Office shared the news that Deputy Rick Coyle passed away at his home Thursday morning surrounded by family.
