CINCINNATI (WXIX) — The St. Elizabeth tugboat carrying barges, a crane and other equipment for the $4.05 billion Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project is expected to arrive in the Cincinnati area this afternoon, according to Ohio Department of Transportation spokesperson Matt Bruning.
