Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost has announced that a healthcare provider in southwest Ohio, “Robert Haley is facing 31 felony charges for allegedly defrauding Ohio’s Medicaid program of more than $12 million.”
“This was complete fraud – top to bottom,” Yost said.
