MADEIRA, Ohio (WXIX) – A Madeira woman who called 911 and lost consciousness says she woke up to find no help had arrived.
On May 13, Susan Houghton called 911 after experiencing chest pain. She says she lost consciousness during the call. When she woke up, she had received a text saying her 911 session had been disconnected.
