CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A restaurant serving up authentic Japanese cuisine is opening its fourth location in the Tri-State.
Genki Ramen, owned by restaurateur Andy Zheng, is set to open in Sharonville at 12075 Lebanon Road, this time with a revolving sushi concept. Genki has three other locations in West Chester Township, Deerfield Township and Oakley.
The 3,200-square-foot restaurant will sit inside the Sharonville Plaza shopping center and fill the former Sakura Revolving Sushi that closed in April. Zheng said he signed the lease for the space the first week of May…
