SWAT standoff suspect fired pistol into ceiling knowing children live upstairs: Court docs

CINCINNATI (WXIX) – The suspect in a SWAT standoff that unfolded in a Cincinnati neighborhood earlier this week is a violent convicted felon who is not supposed to have or shoot guns, court records show.

That didn’t stop Aaron Thomas-Grayson from firing a pistol into an apartment ceiling, knowing four children live upstairs – or from threatening to kill their mother if she pressed charges, according to an affidavit.

Cincinnati police responded to 911 calls summoning them to Holland Drive in Winton Hills, where a SWAT standoff ensued…
