A Cincinnati mother has admitted responsibility in a case that stunned the local community and left a child facing a lifetime of challenges.
Briasha Stroud, 29, pleaded guilty to attempted murder in connection with the shooting of her 12 year old son during an incident inside a Hamilton County residence earlier this year.
