CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A Greater Cincinnati developer is planning a major apartment project on land in unincorporated Boone County expected to be annexed into the city of Florence.
Blue Ash-based Silverman & Co. is targeting a 33-acre site under contract at 8946 Old Union Road, located just off Kentucky state Route 42 across from the new Kroger Marketplace.
The site is mostly vacant and wooded except for two single-family homes that would be demolished…
