CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Construction is expected to start in several months on the final phase of the $300 million Three Oaks development bringing roughly 1,000 new residents to a 30-acre former industrial site in Cincinnati’s Oakley neighborhood.
Neyer Properties, the master developer behind Three Oaks and other large mixed-use projects across the region, has set a February 2027 groundbreaking timeframe for the Heron Club.
The project from Rebar Cos., the active adult brand of Indianapolis-based Beyond Residential, will bring 192 units for those 55 and older to the development.
