CINCINNATI (WKRC) – A Cincinnati woman is accused of driving under the influence of drugs, with her 6-year-old daughter in the vehicle, and causing a crash.
Kristin Michelle Jacobs, 38, is charged with endangering children, according to a Hamilton County Municipal Court affidavit.
