CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) – A Clermont County man was arrested for assaulting a woman in her home and not allowing her to leave.
Keith Evans, 34, is charged with felonious assault, strangulation, kidnapping and domestic violence.
The Clermont County Sheriff’s Office said Evans made his way into the victim’s Main Street home in Felicity around midnight. Evans is accused of choking the woman and taking her cell phone so she couldn’t call for help…
