CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A 68-year-old Evanston woman said she got quite a surprise when she was pulled over by police Saturday afternoon and the officer told her that the car she was driving was registered to a deceased person.
The mistake left the woman, Cynthia Bates, questioning how something like this could happen in the first place.
