CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A Winton Hills man pleaded guilty Tuesday to murder and aggravated murder after prosecutors say he chased down a vehicle he believed was stolen and opened fire, killing a 12-year-old and wounding a 13-year-old.
Darius McGrew, 31, faces 23 to 28 and 1/2 months in prison in connection with the shooting.
