CINCINNATI (WKRC) – BLINK 2026 is just over two weeks away from lighting up the Cincinnati region, and organizers are giving one young artist the chance to help start the massive event — but the deadline to enter is approaching fast.
The art and light festival will take over Cincinnati, Covington, and Newport from Oct. 8-11.
