LATONIA, Ky. (WKRC) – Layers and Flavors, a new Thai café and specialty shop, will hold its grand opening Saturday in Latonia.
The business on Decoursey Ave. is owned by Sasi and Edward Hebel and will offer Thai street food, Thai teas, matcha drinks, iced coffees and boba. The shop also will carry specialty grocery items and locally made 3D-printed toys.
