LINCOLN HEIGHTS, Ohio (WKRC) — An argument over a phone has led to several domestic violence and endangering children charges for a local man.
According to Hamilton County court documents, police were called to a home on Able Court in Lincoln Heights Saturday after 33-year-old Jamine Nelson got into an altercation with three of his children and the children’s mother over the phone. Court documents state Nelson knocked two of his children down a flight of stairs and knocked another down and dragged her by her feet.
Nelson is also accused of punching the children’s mother, slamming her to the ground and hitting her with a shoe. Police said a child under the age of 2 was also present during the altercation…
