CINCINNATI (WXIX) – A judge ruled the teen accused of killing Kyle Mirick will face charges in adult court.
The judge ruled there isn’t enough time for the teen to be rehabilitated in the juvenile system. Court records show the teen’s criminal history stretches back years.
