CINCINNATI – The city of Cincinnati and the state of Ohio have closed two surface parking lots at Third Street and Central Avenue that together provide more than 1,000 spaces because of the Brent Spence Bridge project.
Officials shut down both the parking lot between Third Street and West Pete Rose Way west of Central Avenue and Lot A across the street at 309 W. Third St. for an unspecified period…
