A popular local musician turned himself in to the Cheatham County Sheriff’s Office stemming from an incident in January.
Ryan Edward Upchurch, 35, turned himself in to the Cheatham County Jail on Tuesday, June 9, in response to being served a criminal summons issued against him on Monday, June 8.
According to the summons, obtained from the Cheatham County General Sessions Court, Upchurch was at his home in Kingston Springs when he allegedly accused another individual of hacking his phone.
