HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WSMV) – A man in Kentucky was flown to a Nashville hospital after an incident involving a forklift Thursday morning, according to WKDZ Radio.
WKDZ reports that the Hopkinsville Fire Department responded to Mize Machine Shop after receiving word of a 68-year-old man suffering from a severe injury.
